As of January 1st 2009 St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District has increased the cost per 100 square feet they are assessing Government and Commercial accounts.


Heartland Alternative Energy is proud to partner with Asphalt Art of Eureka, Missouri, a corporation who can meet any and all of your asphalt needs.  Whether it be commercial, government or residential, repairs or new construction. 

They will be offering a pervious asphalt that allows for the reduction of taxes paid to the Metropolitan Sewer District for rainwater runoff into their system.

Current the MSD charge is $.12/100 square feet and will increase in 2012 to $.29/100 square feet.

All estimates will be very competitive, there is a significant difference in price between regular asphalt and porous asphalt because of the subsurface storage area.
