Site Survey- As a complimentary service, we will make site visits and determine the best strategy for your project.
Financial Analysis and Consultation- We will provide and walk you through the options that will best suit your needs. Our representatives will explain all the available incentives and will educate you at our meetings throughout the process.
Design- Based on the site survey analysis we will assist you in determining the system size most economical within your budget.
Installation- Once the design is finalized and permits are in place, we will schedule installation. We have complete quality control and there will always be a representative of Heartland available to answer questions and overlook the entire installation process.
Project Management and Coordination- From site assessment to the final walk through, our project management team will coordinate all activities, assist with rebates, tax credits, loans, grants, and utility interconnection agreements.
Instruction and Usage- We promise to review and discuss all questions that you may have on the operation of your new renewable energy system and will ensure that there is a complete understanding so that your system will work as expected.
Warranty Information- Our systems come with industry leading warranties. Heartland is committed to providing the best quality products and services available. We stand behind our products and will review the warranties with you in full detail. All installation work performed is covered by our 5 year labor warranty.
Final Walk Thru- Once the installation is complete, the project manager will physically inspect all of our work and will ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result.
